What is a dream-free service?

In 2009, we received about 600 letters from parents to elementary school student in 2009.
A letter that has been kept for 15 years will be sent out this year, the 30th anniversary of the constituency.

Shipping

On the stage of Aoba Kumin Festival 2024, a shipping ceremony will be held! !

 We are looking for three sets of people who can speak at the ceremony by lot! For more information, please refer to the link below.

Shipping date

The Aoba Ward Office will send you a letter after the Aoba Kumin Festival 2024 on Sunday, November 3rd.
Except for the three stage speakers, letters cannot be handed over at the inhabitant of a ward festival venue. Thank you for your understanding.
※The Aoba Ward Office will post a postage stamp on the stamp you affixed when you received your letter.

[Summary] At the stage (time undecided) of the Aoba Residents' Festival 2024 to be held on Sunday, November 3, we will receive a letter 15 years ago from Mayor Aoba and ask for simple comments.
[Conditions] Participant in "Dream Nashikachan Flight"
[Number of people] 3 groups (parent and child participation is also welcome!)
[Privices] You will be able to receive your letter a little earlier than other participants!
[Application Period] From Thursday, August 15 to Friday, September 13
[Result Announcement] Only the winners will be notified of the results by email by Friday, September 20.

Regarding receipt of the letter

Those who have moved, those whose names have changed [until Friday, October 11]

Please contact us at the counter or electronic application to change the destination. For more information, please refer to the link below.

Those who do not want to send letters [until Friday, October 11]

If you are unable to send your letter, please contact Aoba Ward Family Registry Division (045-978-2233).
We will ask you about the receipt number, the address and sender of the letter, so please check in advance.

About change of destination [until Friday, October 11]

Please contact us at the counter or electronic application.

Correct the address of Address and address in your letter, or change the address by attaching a sticker from above.
If you do not want to correct your letter directly, we will send you your letter in another envelope.
In that case, please contact Aoba Ward Family Registry Division (045-978-2233) for you to receive a letter and a stamp.
If your name changes, you may need additional documents. Please contact Aoba Ward Family Registry Division at 045-978-2233 in advance.

Please note that we will not be able to accept if the contents of the contact form are incomplete or if you do not have enough belongings.

About destination change communication, we accept from Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system.
You will be asked to upload your identity verification documents, so please prepare it at hand.

It will be confirmed in the order in which the application was made, so it will take some time to complete the procedure.
