　To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the constituency system, Aoba Ward has held various events and initiatives to celebrate with residents of the city.
　We look back on the 30th anniversary of Aoba ward system and carry out questionnaire to utilize in future town development. Please tell us your opinions, including the charm and pride of Aoba Ward and your thoughts on Aoba Ward in the future!
　A 30th anniversary ticket will be presented to 200 people by lot from applicants. Thank you very much for your cooperation.

・The answer will be once per person.
・The announcement of the winning of the commemorative ticket will be replaced by sending the prize (scheduled for late December).

・The collected personal information will not be used for any purpose other than sending prizes and counting questionnaires.
