About browsing of electoral list abstract

Viewing the electoral list abstract
Excerpts of the electoral list can be viewed in accordance with the provisions of Article 28-2 to 4 of the Public Office Election Law.
When it can be viewed
It can be viewed in the following cases.
- When browsing to confirm whether or not the electoral list is registered.
- When a political party or other political organization, such as a candidate for public office, browses to conduct political activities (including election campaigns).
- When browsing to conduct politics and elections related to politics and elections among those that are deemed to have high public interest in statistical surveys, public opinion polls, academic research, and other research studies.
Time, location, and browsing method
Time
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays
But we cannot read from public announcement date (notification date) of closing agency day and election date to five days after election date.
Place
Aoba Ward Election Administration Committee (72, 4th floor, Aoba Ward Office)
Method
Limited to visual reading or writing (including input to a personal computer).
Copies, scanners, faxes, cameras, personal computers, etc. are not allowed.
Inspection procedures
If you wish to browse, please submit the following browsing application form for each purpose of browsing. ※It takes about one week from receipt of the application to approval.
In addition, on the day of reading, please show identification card (my number card, driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Register card, etc.) of the viewer issued by the public organization.

Disclosure of electoral list abstracts
Based on the provisions of Article 28-4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Office Election Law and Article 3-4 of the Public Office Election Law Enforcement Regulations, we will publish the browsing status of electoral list abstracts at least once a year.
The browsing status from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 is as follows.
