About reading of electoral list abstract

Inspection of electoral list abstracts
Abstracts of the electoral list can be viewed in accordance with the provisions of Article 28-2-4 of the Public Office Election Law.
If it can be viewed
It can be viewed in the following cases.
- When browsing to confirm the registration of the electoral list
- When a political party or other political organization, such as a candidate for public office, browses to conduct political activities (including election campaigns).
- When browsing to conduct politics and elections among statistical surveys, public opinion polls, academic research, and other research that are deemed to have high public interest in public interest.
Time, location, and method of browsing
Time
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays
However, it cannot be viewed from the closing date and the announcement date of the election date (notification date) to 5 days after the election date.
Location
Aoba Ward Election Commission (Window 72 on the 4th floor of Aoba Ward Office)
Method
Limited to visual reading or writing (including input to a personal computer).
Copying, shooting, recording, etc. by copying, scanners, faxes, cameras, personal computers, etc. are not allowed.
Inspection procedures
If you wish to browse, please submit the following browsing application form, etc. for each purpose of browsing. ※It takes about one week from receipt of the application to approval.
In addition, on the day of reading, please show identification card (my number card, driver's license, passport, Basic Resident Register card, etc.) of the viewer issued by a public organization.

Announcement of the status of browsing the electoral list abstracts
Based on the provisions of Article 28-4, Paragraph 7 of the Public Office Election Law and Article 3-4 of the Public Office Election Law Enforcement Regulations, we will publish the status of browsing the electoral list abstracts at least once a year.
The browsing status from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024 is as follows.
