- In addition to the above, meetings are held separately at the time of election as necessary.

(2)Reception: Please come to the Aoba Ward Election Commission Office (72nd window on the 4th floor of the ward office) 30 minutes to 10 minutes before the start of the meeting.
(3)Other: Depending on the bill to be discussed, it may be closed.
