Collaborative research with Toin Gakuen

Based on the agreement on the study of mental and physical health in April 2022, Aoba Ward and Toin Gakuen have conducted health research aimed at extending healthy life expectancy and reducing health disparities.
As the results of the survey have been revealed, Aoba Ward will continue to study these results in preventive care and dementia measures, and will work to promote and deepen the comprehensive community care system.

On January 15, 2010, Toin University of Yokohama and Toin University of Yokohama signed a Basic Agreement on Cooperation and Cooperation between Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, with the aim of improving academic research and contributing to the formation and development of a vibrant and unique community.
Based on the purpose of this basic agreement, in order to further promote cooperation, Aoba-ku, Yokohama City and Toin Gakuen, a school corporation, "extending healthy life expectancy and reducing health disparities" and "functions necessary for conducting social life" We plan to contribute to "maintenance and improvement" and decide to work on joint research project about mental and physical health for Aoba inhabitants and conclude agreement as follows.

A symposium was held to convey the results of health research conducted by Aoba Ward and Toin Gakuen.
