Easy to use on smartphones
The household penetration rate of smartphones in Japan has reached about 90% (*), and the Yokohama City website also has about 1.5 times that of personal computers. However, in previous designs, there were issues such as the information being displayed small on smartphones, making it difficult to see and tap.
Therefore, in order to improve the convenience of citizens, we have renewed our “mobile-first design” that emphasizes operability with smartphones.

Review of Information Classification
In order to make it easier to find life-related information, the conventional “living / general” is divided into four items: “disaster prevention / emergency”, “living / procedure”, “child care / education”, and “health / medical care / welfare”. I made it easier to find. In addition, this improvement is carried out on ward site in the same way.
