Special consultation at Tsuzuki Ward   Office

Reservations are usually started at 9:00 am on the same day one week ago, but since the reservation reception start date falls on a holiday, the reservation start date for the following consultation days is 9:00 am on December 27 .

• Legal consultation (held on Tuesday, January 7) → 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27
• Tax consultation (held on Wednesday, January 8) → 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27
• Judicial Scrivener Consultation (held on Friday, January 10) → 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27

• Consultation method: Face-to-face or telephone
• Consultation time: Within 25 minutes per frame
• Consultation suspension date: If it falls on a holiday or a holiday during the year-end and New Year holidays, we will not provide consultation on that time.

※When you come to face-to-face consultation, please come to the agency with the minimum number of people.

• Number of uses: You can use it as many times as you like.

●In case of face-to-face consultation, please come to the General Information Desk on the 1st floor of the Tsuzuki Ward   Office at least 10 minutes before the start time of consultation.
●If you do not contact us by 10 minutes in advance and do not come, we may consider it as cancellation and guide you to other customers. If your arrival is delayed, please contact Public Relations Section in advance.

In the case of cancellation, be sure to contact us by 17:00 on the opening day before the consultation day. If there is any cancellation after that, we will refuse use within the same year.
I would like cooperation so that we can talk to as many inhabitants of a ward as possible.

• It is intended to receive explanations and advice from experts and refer to them, and does not undertake problem solving.
• It is not possible to ask the professional counselor in charge to solve the problem directly or ask for specific work.
• If the duties, duties, etc. of each professional counselor are stipulated by law, consultation will be within that range.

※Lawyers and judicial scriveners do not know about taxes such as inheritance tax and gift tax. For tax consultation, please contact your tax accountant or tax office.
※If a lawyer has already received a conflict of interest, we may refuse to use it.

• We will not be able to respond to inquiries at a later date, such as the content of your consultation.
• We do not introduce each professional counselor. In addition, it is not possible to request each professional counselor who was in charge of the consultation on the spot.
