In fiscal 2019, Public Works Office Tsuzuki gave a lecture titled "Tsuzuki Green Flower School Natural Garden Course" to learn "Natural Garden" as a horticultural method that takes advantage of the characteristics of Tsuzuki Ward and solve problems in flower management. Based on the contents of the course, we have created a guide that summarizes methods for creating a public space full of flowers and greenery while having fun and fun.
