Usage Guide

Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity center is facility which is useful for inhabitants of a ward who want to start and deepen social movement and lifelong learning. By registering as an activity organization or program bank (human resources), you can use meeting booths, printing machines / paper folding machines, and equipment lending. We can provide advice to those who want to start something, provide consultation on activities, provide local information, and introduce and coordinate administrative agencies, facilities, Neighborhood Association, civic groups, etc. We also introduce volunteers and coordinate consultation. It is located on the first floor of the Tsuzuki Ward Office, so please feel free to drop in.

Opening hours and closed days

■ Opening hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
■ Closed Sunday, public holidays, third Monday of every month, New Year's holidays

Usage Guide

・Group registration is required to use the facilities (tables, rental equipment, etc.) of the Tsuzuki Residents' Activities Center.
(Registration is not required for consultation and volunteer dispatch requests.)
・Booths, printing machines, and equipment must be reserved in advance (reservation is possible 3 months prior to the date of use).
・Lending equipment can be rented for up to one week.
・Please bring your own consumables such as copy paper, tapes, and stapler needles.

Changes in registration and registration information of groups

Group registration

If you register with the inhabitant of a ward activity center as an organization working in the area, you will be able to use the meeting booth and equipment. We will support the recruitment of members and recruitment of participants such as events and courses.
Those who wish to register as a group need to visit the inhabitant of a ward activity center, so please make a reservation from the "Consultation / Online Consultation" on the reservation site.

Correction of registration information

When you correct registration information, please fill in only the items to be corrected among each item of the application form and send it to the inhabitant of a ward activity center. The destination is described in "Contact Using this page" at the bottom.

If you register with the inhabitant of a ward activity center as a "program bank" that works as a volunteer utilizing your experience, good things, and qualifications, we will support the creation of opportunities for everyone.
In addition, meeting booths and equipment can also be used.
If you wish to register with the program bank, you will need to visit the inhabitant of a ward activity center, so please make a reservation from the "Consultation / Online Consultation" on the reservation site (online consultation is also possible).

Requests to Program Bank

We are waiting for volunteers registered with the "Program Bank" of the inhabitant of a ward activity center to ask lecturers at facilities, Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, and performers such as festivals. Please consult with us in advance about the schedule and program contents. If the request is approved, please submit a report after the end.
