Information on subsidies and subsidies

Please read this recruitment guide carefully and use the check sheet to confirm that the group, business, etc. are applicable.

We assist business with high public interest that group performs for the purpose of local problem solution. In addition, because it is intended for step-up of group, it is targeted for business to work on for the first time as group and business expanding past approach.

Operating expenses within the scope of the project budget

１．2nd application: Up to 80,000 yen per year per group within three-quarters of expenses covered by subsidies

２．3rd application: Up to 100,000 yen per year per group within half of the subsidized expenses

※Groups that have never received a Tsuzuki Ward   inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy cannot apply. In addition, the number of assistance that the same group can receive is up to three times.

In principle, organizations that meet all of the following requirements:

○There must be rules, regulations, etc.

○As a general rule, there must be four or more members, and at least three-quarters are composed of Tsuzuki residents (including attending school and working).

○There are no restrictions on participation in groups in principle.

○Not being subsidized, commissioned or planned to receive this year's application projects from Yokohama City, affiliated organizations of Yokohama City, and Tsuzuki Ward  

○Do not include political, religious, or commercial organizations

○Have received the Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy, and the number of grants is less than two times.

It is intended for businesses with high public interest conducted by groups, and businesses that are the first time as a group or those that expand conventional approaches (up to one group and one business). Businesses that do not conform to the purpose of the Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy, such as projects that have been implemented in the past and projects that have slightly changed the contents of the implementation, are not eligible.

※Please note that the museum is closed on the third Monday, Sunday and public holidays every month.

The staff may interview you about the content you have submitted.

(4)Subsidiary business and subsidy amount

Whether to provide assistance and how much the subsidy will be determined based on the results of the examination committee. Depending on the number of granting organizations and the results of the examination committee, the amount of subsidy may be reduced or non-grant.

(5)Notification of examination results

We send grant decision letter of advice or non-grant decision letter to application group. Please check the grant conditions when implementing the project.

(6)Procedure for subsidy

Group which received grant decision letter of advice, please request by subsidy bill.

(7)Activity Report Presentation

The organization that has received the subsidy should announce the activities of the business.

(8)Documents to be submitted after the end of the project

Please submit an activity report within one month after the end of the project. If the project cost is less than the subsidized expenses, you may be required to return a portion. In addition, if there is a false report, please return the subsidy in full.
