Recruitment Guide
Please read this recruitment guide carefully, and use the check sheet to check if the group or business is applicable before applying.
Purpose
We assist business with high public interest that group performs for the purpose of local problem solution. In addition, because it is aimed at step-up of group, it is targeted for business to work on for the first time as group and business to expand past approach.
Amount of subsidy
Of the project expenses, within the scope of the project budget
1.2nd application: Up to 80,000 yen per year per group within three-quarters of expenses to be subsidized
2.3rd application: Up to 100,000 yen per year per group within half of the subsidized expenses
※Organizations that have not received the Tsuzuki Ward inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy cannot apply. In addition, the number of assistance that the same group can receive is up to three.
Organizations that can apply
In principle, organizations that meet all of the following requirements
○There must be rules, rules of association, etc.
○As a general rule, there must be at least four members, and at least three-quarters of them must be composed of Tsuzuki residents (including attending school and working).
○In principle, there are no restrictions on participation in groups
○There is no plan to receive grant, commission, or receive an application from Yokohama City, Yokohama City's affiliated organizations or Tsuzuki Ward for this fiscal year.
○Not applicable to political, religious, or commercial organizations
○Having received grant of Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy, and the number of grants is less than twice
Target business
It is intended for businesses with high public interest that groups perform, and businesses that work on for the first time as groups and businesses that expand conventional approaches (up to one group per business). Businesses that do not conform to the purpose of the Tsuzuki inhabitant of a ward activity subsidy, such as projects that have been implemented in the past or projects that have changed the content of the implementation slightly, are not eligible.
Flow of Procedure
Submission of application documents (Monday, April 1 to Friday, May 17)

<Examination Committee> Examination by presentation by application group (14:00 on Monday, June 17, @ Tsuzuki Ward Office)
↓
Notification of the results of the examination (scheduled for July)
↓
<When grant is decided> Submission and delivery of invoices (scheduled from July)

Confirmation of activities (within the project implementation period)
↓
<After the end of the project> Submission of report documents (within one month after completion)

Activity report at the joint results presentation (Thursday, March 13, 14:00-@ Tsuzuki Ward Office)

Must arrive at 17:00 on Friday, May 17, 2024 at the counter, e-mail, or mail
(3)Application destination
Tsuzuki Residents' Activities Center (Tsuzuki Ward Office 1F) Reception hours 9:00-17:00
※Please note that the museum is closed on the third Monday, Sunday and public holidays every month.
The staff may hear about the contents submitted.
(4)Determination of subsidy project, subsidy amount
Whether or not to provide assistance and how much the subsidy will be determined based on the results of the examination committee. Depending on the number of granting organizations and the results of the examination committee, the amount of assistance may be reduced or non-grant.
(5)Notification of Examination Results
We send grant decision letter of advice or non-grant decision letter to application group. When implementing the project, please check the grant conditions.
(6)Procedures for requesting subsidies
Group which received grant decision letter of advice, please request by subsidy bill.
(7)Activity Report Presentation
Organizations that have received the subsidy should announce the activities of the project.
(8)Documents to be submitted after the end of the project
Please submit an activity report within one month after the end of the project. If the project cost falls below the subsidized expenses, you may be required to return some of them. In addition, if there is a false report, the subsidy will be refunded in full.
