(Project course) "Connected from ♡"-Door opens ~
This year, I thought about the course contents under the theme of "I like ♡". "I like it", so there are times when I can concentrate and immerse myself. If you do what you like, you can naturally make friends and connect with various people. In this course, I would like to have the time to look at myself while thinking about what I like. I look back at myself → Connect with friends by what you like. → Looking forward to connecting in the community, look at yourself starting from "I like ♡" and find new encounters and discoveries with you!

1st: January 19th (Fri)! ~ Let's pick your favorite card and talk~
2nd: Friday, January 26 Let's make my favorite map-Let's share ♡ Let's share ♡
3rd: Friday, February 9 Let's listen to the story of people who are active with ♡! ~ Local activities with the full opening of My World ~
4th: Friday, February 16 Let's Connect to Your Body-Yakuzen Tea & Chair Yoga ~
5th: March 1 (Fri.) Looking back on the course Let's have fun talking with everyone~

■Venue: Tsuzuki Ward Office Meeting Room
■Capacity: 20 people
■Tuition fee: Free of charge
■Target: Those who are interested in this course and can attend all times in principle

As we live, we make various choices as life stage of life changes.
Why don't you face your current self and think about "how to live like yourself?"
Every day I live without any trouble, but what do I really want to value? In this course, we have time to think about it.
I would like to have it.
It's time to take a little away from the daily busyness and look at yourself.
Sometimes, you need this kind of time.

2nd: Friday, December 2: What do you want to take care of? ~ Work to know me~
3rd: Friday, December 9: Let's deepen our awareness (group talk)-Through the second work ~
4th: Friday, December 16: Living lightly like me - Everything experience will be a food-
5th: Friday, December 23: Tea & Talk - Let's talk about me~
