Hello baby visit / mother and child visit

In the city of Yokohama, for families with babies up to 4 months, "Hello baby visit" and "Mother and child visit" are performed.
Visits are made based on the "Birth Report Form", so after giving birth, please submit the "Birth Report Form" in the following manner. After submission, the visitor will contact you.

How to submit the “Birth Report Form”
　①　Mail the “Birth Report Form” (postcard) attached to the Maternal and Child Health Handbook or submit it directly to the ward office Children and Families Support Division (24th window).
　②　Electronic application by Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (birth report slip) (outside site)

Local visitors visit all families with babies up to four months to celebrate the birth of the baby, and provide information on child-rearing and local information such as baby associations and child-rearing supporters, as well as "Continuing Chirukoro MAP" to support child-rearing of "Tsukikko". We hope that this visit will help you to get acquainted with the community and expand the circle of child care.
