Hello baby visit, mother and child visit

In Yokohama City, targeting families with babies up to 4 months, we are doing "Hello baby visit" and "Mother and child visit".
Visits are based on the "Birth Report Form", so please submit the "Birth Report Form" in the following way after giving birth. After submission, the visitor will contact you.

How to submit a “Birth Report Form”
　①　Mail the "Birth Report Form" (postcard) attached to the Maternal and Child Health Handbook or submit it directly to the ward office Children and Families Support Division (24th window).
　②　Electronic application by Yokohama-shi electronic application, report system (birth communication slip) (outside site)

Local visitors visit all families with babies up to four months to celebrate the birth of the baby, and support child care information and local information such as baby associations and child care supporters, and child care of "Tsuzukikko" We will deliver "Tsuki Chiruko MAP" to support. I hope that this visit will help you get acquainted with the community and expand the circle of child care.

Midwives and public health nurses visit babies and mothers whose first birth or birth weight of less than 2500g to check the health of the mother and child and consult about breastfeeding and childcare.
