When we perform business such as cooking, processing, storing, removal of internal organs, sale of blowfish, we must submit application which listed necessary matter and must receive authorization of the governor.
Business operators who conduct blowfish business must have a dedicated blowfish kitchen knife.
If there is a change in the description of the certificate, or if it is lost or damaged, the certificate must be rewritten or reissued.

●Fugu Business Certification Application Form: It is available at the counter.
●License for exclusive blowfish knives: Issued by the Governor of Kanagawa Prefecture * Copy is not allowed.

If there is a change in the information on the blowfish business certificate, or if the certificate is lost or damaged, the certificate must be rewritten or reissued.

●Current Fugu Business Certificate: If the certificate is lost, please attach a statement of reason for the loss.
●Certificate of entry in certificate of partial family register or family register (In the case of a corporation, a certified copy of the registry or an abstract of the registry)
Changes in name, name, or Address
●Copy of Fugu Knife's license: If you change the blowfish knives teacher, check this proof.

When a business operator abolishes blowfish business, it must notify and return the certificate within 7 days from the date of abolition.

●Fugu Business Abolition Notification: It is available at the reception desk.
●Fugu Business Certification Certificate: (If you can not return it due to loss or other reasons, please attach a statement of reason for loss.)

When cooking, processing, storing, and selling blowfish processed products, you must report the necessary matters to the governor (in the case of Yokohama City, director of Yokohama Ichibo Ken).
After receiving the notification of handling blowfish processed products, etc., we will issue a “Fugu Processed Product Handling Notification Form”.
If there is a change in the items described in the “Notice of Fugu Processed Products Handling, etc.”, a notification of change in the notification items for handling blowfish processed products must be submitted.

※　What is Fugu Processed Products?
Those that completely remove toxic parts (viscerals, brain, etc.) from untreated blowfish, or those that have been treated with salt, etc., so that human health is not impaired are cooked and processed and placed in containers and packaging (completely) Includes detoxified blowfish etc.)
