Under the slogan "Our health is our hands," it is a nationwide organization that conducts volunteer activities to spread harmonious health promotion of nutrition, exercise, and rest to the community. Learn a wide range of knowledge about health promotion, tell the community, and expand the circle of health. You can also make new friends in the area!

Activity introduction
Tsuzuki Ward Healthmate was established in 1994 with the birth of Tsuzuki Ward , and has been active as the Tsuzuki Ward Eating Habits (nicknamed Health Mate).
Outsourcing business from Yokohama
In order to extend healthy life expectancy, we have been commissioned by Yokohama City and are working in the community.
We work on well-balanced meals, such as nurturing and learning, working and child-rearing generations, and fertility generations.

Activities
We introduced recommended recipes using vegetables for pregnant women and their families who participated in a health course for Premamama Daddy.

Activities at the Food Education and Health Fair 2022
In addition to commissioned businesses, we carry out businesses and activities when requested by the community.
We are active in various places such as community care plazas, nursery schools, elementary schools, junior high schools, and district centers.
At the Tsuzuki Ward Food Education and Health Fair, they weighed with actual vegetables and experienced the difference from the daily intake target of 350g.
For children, a quiz was conducted using the "Hatenna Box" to apply vegetables in the box.
Other activities
Tsuzuki Ward Healthmate is working on "health promotion using local vegetables" and prepares a collection of recipes such as dishes using seasonal vegetables. Why don't you color your dining table deliciously using fresh vegetables grown locally?

This is a collection of snacks for infants.
Regular meeting
Tsuzuki Ward Healthmate tells us about "eat meals in a well-balanced manner and spend 350g of vegetables." In addition, regular meetings for members is held once a month (except August) to conduct studies that are useful for healthmates' activities.

To act as a Tsuzuki Ward Healthmate
After completing the prescribed course, you will be able to act as a health mate after completing the prescribed course at Tsuzuki Health and Welfare Center Tsuzuki, you will be able to act as a health mate.
Training course for members of dietary life improvement promotion
Aiming to be a healthy and long-lived city, this course aims to learn a wide range of health-related information through experiences such as the importance of eating habits, lectures by lifestyle-related diseases prevention, cooking training, brushing teeth, exercise, etc. We look forward to your participation.
If you attend the seminar more than 8 times, you will be able to complete the course and will be registered as a member of the dietary life improvement promotion.
After completing the course, you can work as a healthmate by joining the Eating Habits Improvement Promotion Committee. Also, if you work as a healthmate for one year, you will receive a food education advisor registration form from the Japan Food and Living Association.
You can learn a wide range of health promotion with your friends.
