Summary
Because 2017 became halfway point of plan, we looked back on progress and the approach situation of aim and carried out the middle evaluation.
In addition to result of middle evaluation, we gathered up directionality in the plan latter half (2018-2022) for 5 years based on the society situation that changed after further aging progress, attenuation of connection, plan development including increase of medical expenses .

We devised "the second health Yokohama 21" that was health promotion plan of Yokohama citizen in March, 2013.
By this plan, we raised, "we could live a life that citizen's all of you became as possible independent at any age" as basic principles, and basics aimed for "postponing healthy life expectancy" and pushed forward approach.
As we gathered directionality of future approach on reaching halfway point in 2017, it recruits opinions of citizen's.

We push forward approach from five fields of the "eating habits" "tooth, oral cavity" "smoking, drinking" "exercise" "rest, heart".
(2) The aggravation prevention of lifestyle-related diseases
We push forward cancer screening, the spread of specific medical examination.
