For the first baby and their mothers, we will check their health status, provide childcare consultation, and provide information on the Health and Welfare Center business.
Please contact us using the birth report attached to the Maternal and Child Health Handbook.
Local visitors visit all families with babies up to four months old and provide services that can be used after childbirth and local child care information.
Please submit the birth notification form attached to the Maternal and Child Health Handbook.
For babies with a birth weight of less than 2,500 grams, notification is required by the Maternal and Child Health Law.

Public health nurses will visit you to check your health status, provide childcare consultation, and provide information on the Health and Welfare Center business.
