Use of Seyamaru's design (product sales and modeling)

From April 1, 2020, we are now able to sell products using Seyamaru designs in the following cases:

The purpose of the product sales is as set forth in the “Guidelines for Use of Designs for Seya Ward Mascot Character Seyamaru”
Purpose of use (dissemination of attractiveness of Seya Ward, cultivation of familiarity and attachment to Seya Ward, promotion of public interest or welfare, revitalization of inhabitants of the ward)
In addition, it falls under any of the following categories:

• When local organizations, non-profit corporations (NPOs) in the city sell products
• When a welfare establishment in the ward sells a product in which a disabled person was involved in production.
• In particular, when Director General of Seya Ward approves
