Use of Seyamaru's design (product sales and modeling)

From April 1, 2020, products using Seyamaru designs can be sold in the following cases:

The purpose of product sales is to be set forth in the Seya Ward Mascot Character Seyamaru.
Purpose of use (disseminating the charm of Seya Ward, fostering friendship and attachment to Seya Ward, promoting public interest or welfare, and revitalizing residents' activities)
It corresponds to one of the following, and then the following.

• When a local organization, non-profit organization (NPO), etc. in the city sells products
• When welfare establishment in ward sells products that person with a disability was involved in production
• In particular, when Director General of Seya Ward approves
