To rent a costume for Seyamaru

　Seya Ward rents out costumes for the mascot character Seyamaru for free.
　If you would like to use the costume for events or other events, please read the "Guidelines for Use of the Seya Ward Mascot Character Seyamaru" and submit the application documents to Seya Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section.

Conditions of use

Please note that it is not available in the following cases.

When it violates laws and regulations or public order and morals, or when there is a risk.
When it relates to or is at risk of political or religious activities
When giving a misunderstanding that supports or authorizes a specific individual, company, organization, etc., or when there is a risk.
When the costume gives a misunderstanding or is likely to be a character belonging to a specific individual, company, organization, etc.
When the credit or dignity of Yokohama City and Seya Ward is impaired, or when there is a risk.
In the event that Director Ward Administration Promotion Division Seya Ward deems inappropriate

How to use

　Please submit the following documents to Seya Ward Office Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section within three months to one week before the scheduled date of use.
※If the desired date of use overlaps, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Notes

You can only rent out costumes. If you are in the costume, please respond with the application group.
The costume cannot be disassembled, so a car (a type in which the rear seat is flat) is required for transportation.
It cannot be used on rainy days or in places where the ground is dirty.
