To rent a Seyamaru costume

　Seya Ward rents out costumes for the mascot character "Seyamaru" free of charge.
　If you would like to use the costume for events, please read the Seya Ward Mascot Character "Seyamaru" Costume Use Guidelines" and submit the application documents to Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section, Seya Ward Office.

Please note that it will not be available in the following cases.

1. When it violates laws and regulations or public order and morals.
2. When engaged in activities related to politics or religion, or when there is a risk of such
3. When giving misunderstanding that a particular individual, company, organization, etc. is supported or authorized, or when there is a risk of such
4. When the costume gives misunderstanding that the costume is a character belonging to a specific individual, company, organization, etc., or when there is a risk of such
5. When the credibility or dignity of Yokohama City and Seya Ward is impaired, or when there is a risk of such
6. When Ward Administration Promotion Division Seya Ward judges that it is inappropriate

　Please submit the following documents to Ward Administration Promotion Division Public Relations Section, Seya Ward Office, from three months to one week before the scheduled date of use.
※If the desired date of use overlaps, it will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Outline of applicants and current status

• You can only rent a costume. If you enter the costume, please contact the applicant organization.
• Costumes cannot be disassembled, so transportation requires a car (a type in which the rear seat is flat).
• It cannot be used on rainy days or in places where the ground is dirty.
