Seya Ward General Government Building, public hall and Futatsu Bridge Park Maintenance Project

The Seya Ward General Government Building and Futatsu Bridge Park, where the facilities were aging, have been integrated. This page provides information on maintenance projects, such as requests and rebuilding schedules received from residents of the city.

Maintenance using PFI (*) was carried out, and construction was completed in 2013.

• It was aging.
• There were a lot of steps and the structure was complicated.
• Due to the small number of parking lots, it was often crowded, and cars were lined up to the surrounding roads.

• The government building, public hall, was newly constructed in the PFI project.
• We have made it easier to understand and understand the structure.
• We have prepared a parking lot for about 130 cars.

From July 10, 2006 to September 29, 2006, when we raised requests of inhabitants of a ward on request box which we installed in ward Government building and public hall and Seya Ward homepage, 61 requests were received. Was. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
Among the requests received were the following five items.

• I want to make barrier-free
• We want you to make it easier for visitors with children to use.
• I want you to enlarge the parking lot and bicycle parking lots
• I want public hall to improve facilities
• I want public hall to have a practice room.

From July to September 2006, we conducted a questionnaire on government building maintenance for participants of "Gathering of Seya Ward Residents", ward administration monitors, and chairpersons of Neighborhood Association town. We had 219 people cooperate in total and had opinion mainly on "what kind of place do you think is important". Thank you very much for your cooperation.

When asked, "What do you think of the new government building be good?", Many people answered, "Everyone can use" and "Easy to understand the window."
