[Seya Ward] Fiscal Year Appointment Staff Nursery Staff (daily job) 2024 Registration System Recruitment Guide

1. Please fill out the registration form with required items and bring it to the application below or submit it to Seya Ward Children and Families Support Division.
2. You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025.)
3. We will tell about conduct of interview selection from registrants according to the situation of job offer of each municipal nursery school. During the registration period, selection will be made at any time as necessary.
4. Interview selection will be conducted. (For jobs that require appointment, we will tell you again about the working conditions of the job and make a selection.)
5. After the selection process, we will inform you of the results of the selection.
6. If the recruitment is made as a result of the selection, we will perform the appointment procedure as a fiscal year appointment staff.

※Other working conditions are based on relevant regulations such as salary and compensation for expenses for staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.

Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law

Appointments will be made as necessary during the period from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
(If the work performance is good, you may be re-appointed.) (up to 4 times))

In the case of disqualification for recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law, the appointment staff for the fiscal year cannot be appointed.

• Those who are sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until their execution is completed or no longer receive their execution
• A person who has been disciplined and dismissed as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
• A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act.
• A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
• A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Revision of Part of the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999)

Full year beginning from Monday, February 5, 2024
However, if you wish to appoint on April 1, 2024, please submit a registration form etc. by Friday, February 16, 2024.

(If you are expected to register as a nursery teacher by March 2024, please submit it after registration. In addition, even if you pass the selection, if you cannot register as a nursery teacher, you will not be able to recruit. If it is found after recruitment that you could not register, we will cancel the recruitment. )

Registration is not a promise of appointment. Even if you register, we will not contact you for an interview if you do not meet the conditions for recruiting at each garden.

If necessary, you will be asked to consult physical checkup at the time of hiring.

The personal information described in the submitted documents will not be used for any purpose other than the appointment of the fiscal year appointment staff. Please note that the submitted documents will not be returned.

This is subject to suspension of the fiscal 2024 budget to be resolved by the Yokohama City Council.
