（1） Those who have experience in election affairs in the administration or those who are interested in election affairs
（2） Being a person who is not involved in election campaigns or political activities during the appointment period
（3） Being a gangster or other person who does not fall under antisocial forces
（4） Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification of recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Act listed below
　　Oh, a person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and until the execution is completed or no longer receives the execution.
　　(A) A person who has been disciplinary dismissal as a Yokohama City employee and has not passed two years from the date of the disposition
　　C) A person who has been sentenced to imprisonment as a member of the Human Resources Committee or the Equity Committee and has been sentenced to imprisonment as stipulated in Chapter 5 of the Local Public Service Act
　　D) A person who has formed or joined a political party or other organization that claims to destroy the Japanese Constitution or the government enacted under it will be destroyed by violence after the date of enforcement of the Japanese Constitution.
　　(E) A person who is to be subject to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act that partially revises the Civil Code (Act No. 149 of 1999).
