"Environmentally Friendly Illumination" will be held at the south exit of Seya Station!

We carry out illumination using solar cells and storage batteries so that inhabitants of the ward, such as Seya Station south exit users, can pay attention to environmental issues.
Regarding the installation of illuminations, please cooperate with the non-profit organization Green Power Factory.
In addition, a signboard will be installed to promote GREEN x EXPO 2027, which was decorated by local residents with used plastic bottles at the Seya Festival 2024.

Overview of Illumination Implementation

In order to promote environmental awareness with content that is easy for users of the south exit of Seya Station, we will implement illuminations that turn on approximately 15,000 LED lights using solar cells and storage batteries.

Period

From Friday, November 15, Reiwa 6 to Monday, January 13, Reiwa 7 (Monday, National Holiday)
From 17:00 to 22:00 each day
※If charging is insufficient due to the weather, the lighting time may be shorter.

How to participate

You can watch it freely during the period. When viewing, please do not go out on the road.

Lighting countdown

On Friday, November 15, 2024, the first day of lighting at the south and north exits of Seya Station, a lighting countdown will be carried out at the north exit of Seya Station.
