Last Updated January 22, 2024
The Mitsukyo Station area traffic barrier-free basic design has been finalized!
The area around the station is a "walkable town"!
From 2005, in the area around Mitsukyo Station on the Sotetsu Line, as the first attempt outside of the city center and Fukutoshin in Yokohama City, the creation of a basic concept for traffic barrier-free was promoted, and the basic concept was finalized in March 2007 .
In making it, we set up "Yokohama-shi traffic barrier-free special committee Mitsukyo district sectional meeting" by related companies such as learning and experience, elderly person, person with a disability, related company such as railroad, bus and administration and actually went to town We examined problem solution while going out and checking. .
Based on the finalized basic concept, barrier-free projects will be implemented by City of Yokohama, Road and Highway Bureau, railway and bus operators. I would like to introduce the progress of the project to everyone at any time.
As we push forward maintenance so that the area around Mitsukyo Station becomes "easy to walk", we would like opinion, impression of everybody.
