The 25th Sakae Ward People's Festival

We recruit stage performers who can enliven inhabitant of a ward festival together!

• Offer details

　 Any genres such as dance, music performances, street performances, and traditional performing arts are not acceptable.　※Individual appearances are not allowed.　

• Eligibility for application

　　Groups living, attending school, working, or working mainly in the ward

• Number of Offers

　 About 6 groups (within 15 minutes per group)　※It will vary depending on the application status. In the case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be drawn.

• Whether or not to appear

　 We will notify you by mid-September.　※Please attend the performance briefing session (scheduled to be held in late September)

• Precautions for Application

　 ・When playing musical instruments, etc., the performers themselves are responsible for arranging, transporting, and setting the equipment.
　 ・The order of appearance and time of appearance may not be able to meet your wishes.
　 ・Rehearsals will not be conducted.
　 ・There is no parking lot at the venue, so please come by public transportation.
　　※If a parking lot is absolutely necessary, we plan to prepare a parking space for one group at the ward office.
　　　However, you will not be able to enter the venue by vehicle.
　・Microphones, sound source playback equipment and chairs are provided (limited number is limited).
　・Do not engage in religious activities, political, or election activities
　・Do not violate laws and regulations or public order and morals, and the contents of the application are not false

　・Please fill out the "Special Stage Appearance Application Form" and submit it by e-mail, bring it to the counter, mail, or fax.

We bring up solidarity and symbiosis by creating opportunities for inhabitants of a ward to gather, and hold inhabitant of a ward festival for the purpose of planning appeal dispatch, activation of Sakae Ward, fostering oldness and consciousness.
