It is a self-government organization that neighbors cooperate and operates in order for everyone living in the area to live comfortably with peace of mind.
Sakae Ward currently has 88 Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations, and Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations are organized in almost every part of the ward. The enrollment rate is the highest in the 18 wards of the city, with 82% or more households.
Sakae Ward has a lot of local activities, and Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations is the representative.

The District Alliance Neighborhood Associations is an organization operated by several neighboring Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations to collaborate, exchange and exchange information. Sakae Ward has seven district federation Neighborhood Associations.

Sakae Ward is currently divided into seven districts, and each district has a regional alliance Neighborhood Associations. The representatives of the regional federation of Neighborhood Associations is the Sakae Ward Union Neighborhood Associations.

Local activities are provided to the Neighborhood Association / Neighborhood Associations and the District Alliance Neighborhood Associations with the aim of fostering a sense of solidarity among the residents and contributing to the formation of a livable community by working on solving local issues. We issue promotion expenses subsidy.
In addition, in order to prevent the occurrence of crimes at night and to ensure the safety of pedestrians, we will support a part of the maintenance and management costs of local security lights owned by Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations.
