Ward Administration Promotion Division plays an important role in connecting the voices of everyone in solving local issues. We communicate information about Nishi Ward in various media and collaborate with local communities, companies and organizations to promote attractive and vibrant community development. His main duties include the formulation of the Nishi Ward Management Policy, Promoting Environmentally Friendly Actions, Public Relations and Public Relations Consultation, Local Communities, and Regional Development Projects.
　The Nishi Ward management policy is the policy of the ward that informs residents of the ward every year, and is the "Kaname" of the ward office operation. We gather opinion from each section in ward every year on development and collect and establish as policy.
