②If there is a change in the notification items of the specific building (notifier / owner / maintenance right holder, building environmental hygiene management engineer, air conditioning equipment / mechanical ventilation equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, etc.), "Specific Building Notification Items Change registration form "is required.

※In the case of a change pertaining to the receiving tank, a notification of the change of the applicable water tank is also required.

About building corresponding to specific building, presentation of "annual management execution report" of last year and "annual management plan" of this year is necessary every year.

When there is facility which did not conform to building environmental hygiene management standard, please submit "specific building maintenance management situation confirmation vote" (Excel: 16KB).
