Permission is required when a specific person establishes a certain structure, property, or facility on a road or park (including excavation of roads) and continuously uses roads and parks. In addition, there are permission conditions depending on each property, and you will have to pay a private use fee depending on the type and size of the property to be occupied and installed.
Road occupation permit
In order to occupy the road, a road occupation permit by the road manager is required (Road Law Article 32), and according to each property, the road occupation permission standard is established based on the Yokohama City Road Private Use Rules, Only when a property that can be occupied and meets the road occupation permission standard, you can receive a private use permit.
Temporary sewer use
When we perform the following drainage including drainage for construction, and use public sewer temporarily, please submit public sewer temporary use permission application and receive permission of Public Works Office. (Yokohama City Sewerage Ordinance, Article 17, Paragraph 3)
Act permission in the park
The park is basically free to use, but prior permission is required when performing Bon dances and athletic meet in the town using a certain area.
Park facility installation permission
We accept applications for setting up a park protection association warehouse, disaster prevention storage such as Neighborhood Association, firefighting equipment storage in fire brigade.
Park occupation permission
We accept private use permission applications such as telephone poles, water supply, fire prevention water tanks.

Boundary survey is to clarify the boundaries between roads, rivers, waterways, etc. managed by Yokohama City and the land in contact with them.
About place where boundary is already fixed, we can read boundary investigation figure and road ledger figure. In addition, if necessary, a copy of the drawing and a copy certificate will be issued.

We certify road width required for road transport business (individual taxis, light vehicles, etc.) applications.

With Hama Road Supporters, local residents and Yokohama City collaborate (cooperate) to clean and beautify familiar roads through volunteer activities of local residents for the purpose of protecting and nurturing familiar roads. It is an organization that has you perform activities. The Nishi Ward Hamaroad Supporters Exchange Meeting is held once a year to exchange opinions.
Public Works Office (Yokohama City) will provide assistance such as the disposal of garbage and the provision of cleaning tools so that Hama Road Supporters can be carried out smoothly.
