• It takes about one week from the reception to issue the certificate.
• To receive the certificate, you will need a certificate stamp worth 300 yen per case, so please purchase certificate stamp in advance at the ward office before visiting.
• When you receive a road width certification request, please submit two copies of the application form.

• If the applicant is an individual, please seal the seal of the individual. If the applicant is a corporation, please seal the representative or company name.
