When performing festivals and events, athletic meet for kindergartens and nursery schools, photography activities for commercial purposes, etc. in the park, it is necessary to apply for permission to act in principle.
In principle, a usage fee will be charged for permission. (If a protection society is held, the usage fee may be exempted.)
Depending on the content of the event, who is applying, etc., it may not be possible to allow it.

When a third party installs a park facility (cleaning warehouse, etc.) stipulated by the City Parks Law in the park, a park setting permission is required.
There are rules for the type and size of what can be installed and the installer, and permission standards are set, so permission may not be granted.

When a third party installs structures other than the park facilities (telephone poles, electric wires, etc.) in the park, a park occupation permit is required.
The types of equipment that can be installed are restricted by the City Parks Law.
