When performing festivals and events, athletic meet of kindergartens and nursery schools, photography activities such as commercial purposes in the park, it is necessary to apply for an act permit in principle.
As a general rule, a fee will be charged for permission. (If a protection association conducts, the fee for use may be exempted.)
Depending on the content of the event, who is applying, etc., permission may not be granted.

When a third party installs a park facility (warehouses for cleaning, etc.) specified by the City Parks Law in the park, a park setting permission is required.
There are rules for the type and size of what can be installed, and the installer, and permission standards are set, so permission may not be possible.

When a third party installs structures (telephone poles, electric wires, etc.) other than park facilities in park, park occupation permission is necessary.
The types of equipment that can be installed are restricted by the City Parks Act.
