Course details
Memory of the events that a person has experienced so far is called "autobiographic memory." This autobiographic memory plays a very important role in guiding the direction of life, understanding yourself, and developing relationships with others. In addition, by unraveling memories, the brain is activated by unraveling memories, preventing motor and cognitive impairment and relievacknowledgement. In this course, through work and communication, we will activate the headma and heart while touching your own warm memories based on nostalgic photos and memories.
