What is a youth instructor?
Youth instructors are commissioned by the mayor based on recommendations from Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, etc., in order to promote the voluntary activities of young people and their organization to foster healthy youth development throughout the region. Those who have a passion for understanding young people and the healthy development of young people, and those who take the initiative in cooperating with local youth instructors and related organizations and organizations to create a better local environment for young people.
The term of office is two years, and the current term is until the end of FY2025. In Nishi Ward, 79 people are currently active as youth instructors. (As of October 1, 2024)

Paper Hikoki Tournament
Compete for the flight time of your own paper hikoki made from the designated pattern. The top players who have won the qualifying held in each district can participate in the finals. Paper Hikoki mounts are available at the 48th floor on the 4th floor of Nishi Ward Office, as well as in qualifying rounds.
