Those who can take the initiative in cooperation with local youth instructors and related organizations and organizations are looking for.

Based on Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations, etc., the Director General recommended candidates to the mayor among the recommended candidates.
The mayor will commission you. The term of office is two years.
(The 28th term of office: April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2006)

1 Term: 2 years, however, does not prevent reappointment. In addition, the term of office of a successor shall be the remaining term of the predecessor.
2 Age: In principle, those who are 18 years old or older and under 70 years old. (In the case of reappointment, in principle, under 75 years old)

3 Selection method: The Neighborhood Associations and other Director General have requested the selection of candidates from local organizations deemed necessary to select candidates.
　　　　　　We recommend the selected candidate to the mayor and commission it.

For the purpose of effectively promoting instructor activities and coordinating communication between instructors.
We set up council in city, ward (each district) and hold meeting as appropriate and plan healthy upbringing of youth.

※Consisting of 18 youth instructors (communication) council representatives (chairpersons) in each ward.

[Main Initiatives in FY2023] (Including schedule)
(1)　Regular meeting
As a general rule, the program is held on the first Wednesday of every month.　

(2)　Simultaneous unified action patrol activities
Schedule　：　Saturday, July 22, 2023　
Place　：　The whole city
Contents　：　In order to watch local youth, we perform night patrols all cities at once and promote town development to protect youth from harmful environments.

(3)　Youth instructor training session
Schedule　：　Saturday, September 16, 2023
Place　：　West public hall
Contents　：　We will introduce business and keynote speeches to improve knowledge acquisition and qualifications as youth instructors.

(4)　All-city unified action campaign
Schedule　：　Sunday, November 5, 2023　※Conducted on a different day depending on the district
Place　：　The whole city
Contents　：　To raise the awareness of the healthy development of young people.
　　　　Youth instructors will conduct campaigns in each region in November, which is the “Child and Youth Development Support Emphasis Month”.

(5)　Youth Instructor Meeting

Place　：　Kannnai Hall
Contents　：　For youth instructors who have been working for more than 25 years, 20 years of service, 15 years of service, and 10 years of service, we carry out the mayor commendation.
