Rest and Mind
Last Updated February 22, 2023
What is stress?
Various reactions that occur in the mind and body are called stress reactions in an attempt to adapt to external stimulation (strets) on the mind and body.
Stressors and stress reactions vary from person to person. In order to reduce stress reactions, it is important to have an approach to resolve and eliminate stressors and an approach to increase stress resistance (to learn how to deal with stress).
Stress response
Not only in the face of the mind, but also in the body and behavior.
Let's improve stress tolerance! Let's get along well with stress
Let's find and experience "extraordinary"
- Travel
- Walk nearby
- It's not the usual road, but the road you've never been.
- Let's go into the first shop and go shopping
- I try to immerse myself in movies and readings
Let's have a little fun.
- No matter how busy you are, you have your own time for 30 minutes a day.
Rest is important!
Having enough sleep and getting tired is important not only for physical health but also for mental health. It's a good idea to make a relaxing time in the day.
Two aspects of "rest"
The aspect of "resting", that is, restoring the tiredness of the body and mind and returning it to its original vibrant state.
The aspect of "nourishing", that is, cultivating spirit and improving physical, mental and social health skills.

Are you tired of your mind?
If you continue to sleep poorly, have no appetite, feel depressed, or enjoy anything, you can have depression.
Depression is thought to be caused by various factors such as physical and mental stress and changes in the living environment. If you notice unusual mental fatigue, take a rest slowly and consult a specialized agency as soon as possible.

・What was the total score?
The higher the total score, the greater the mental problem. In particular, those who have more than 15 points are worried. Let's consult with a professional institution as soon as possible.
Regardless of the total score, start with what you can do and live well with stress. Please refer to the following link for more information.
