About Nishi Ward Disaster Volunteer Network

The Disaster Volunteer Network is a resident-based organization that works with the aim of supporting inhabitants of the ward in the event of a disaster, and is a resident-based organization in which residents and local organizations play a central role in working with administrative organizations.
In the event of a major disaster, at the request of the Nishi Ward Office, the Nishi Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare will set up a Disaster Volunteer Center for Disaster Volunteers.

Activities
- Regular meetings are held (approximately on the third Saturday of every month)
- Exchange and information exchange among volunteers
- Conducting training for setting up a disaster volunteer center
- Holding human resources training workshops, etc.
