About the use of Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall since April 2024

From April 1, 2024, the management and operation of Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall has been changed from direct management of Naka Ward to designated manager.

About application for cancellation of permission to use public hall and refund of usage fee for use to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection

Of the public hall license revocation to prevent the spread of COVID-19, those that meet any of the conditions are met.
The full amount of the fee paid in advance will be refunded. (Cancellation fee will not be collected.) )

  When there is an application for cancellation due to shortening the usage time until 21:00 after Tuesday, September 28, 2021
※As a general rule, cancellations of reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Friday, October 1, 2021 will be subject to the new coronavirus.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
※As an exception, even if the reservation is canceled during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Friday, October 1, 2021, the night zone
 (Normally: 17:30 to 22:00) If you make a reservation for preparation, etc., you will be subject to full refund.

※As a general rule, cancellations of reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Monday, August 2, 2021 will be subject to the new coronavirus.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
※As an exception, even if the reservation is canceled during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Monday, August 2, 2021, the night zone.
  (Normally: 17:30 to 22:00) For cases where a reservation is made for preparation, etc.
  You will be eligible for a full refund.

・Reservations for usage slots during the night period (usually from 17:30 to 22:00) during the priority measures period such as spread prevention
  When there is an application for cancellation due to shortening the usage time until 20:00 after Friday, April 16, 2021
 ※As a general rule, cancellations of reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Tuesday, April 20, 2021 will be subject to the new coronavirus.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
 ※As an exception, even if the reservation is canceled during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Tuesday, April 20, 2021, the night zone
