About the use of the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall after April 2024

From April 1, 2024, the management and operation of the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall was changed from direct management of Naka Ward to designated manager.
※For details on usage procedures, usage fees, vacant rooms information, etc., please check the Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall website (designated manager Social Academic Management) (outside site).

Opening hours   : From 9:00 to 22:00
Closed days    : 2nd Wednesday of every month, New Year's holiday
Open date  : In principle, 15th of every month (subject to change due to events, etc.)

About application for cancellation of use permission of public hall and refund of fee for use due to prevention of spread of COVID-19 infection

Those who have revoked permission to use the public hall for the purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19 are those that meet any of the conditions.
The full amount of the fee paid in advance will be refunded. (No cancellation fee will be collected.) )
[Condition 1 From Friday, October 1, Reiwa 3 to Sunday, October 24, Reiwa 3]
・Reservation of usage slots during the night zone (usually from 17:30 to 22:00) during the usage time limit period, and the following applies
  If there is an application for cancellation due to shortening the usage time until 21:00 after Tuesday, September 28, 2021
※In principle, cancellation of use reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Friday, October 1, 2021 is due to COVID-19.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
※As an exception, even if you cancel a reservation during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Friday, October 1, 2021, nighttime zone
 (Normal: from 17:30 to 22:00) Cases where reservations are made for preparation, etc. will be subject to full refund.

[Condition 2 Emergency Declaration Period From Tuesday, August 2, 1993 to Thursday, September 30, 1993]
・Reservation of usage slots during the night zone (normal: from 17:30 to 22:00) during the state of emergency declaration and the following applies:
  If there is an application for cancellation due to shortening the usage time until 20:00 after Friday, July 30, 2021
※As a general rule, cancellation of use reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Monday, August 2, 2021 is due to COVID-19.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
※As an exception, even if you cancel a reservation during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Monday, August 2, 2021, nighttime zone
  (Normal: from 17:30 to 22:00) For cases where reservations are made for preparation, etc.
  It is subject to full refund.

[Condition 3 Priority Measures Period for Prevention of Spread 3 From Tuesday, April 20, 2013 to Sunday, August 1, 2013]
・In the following cases, reservations for usage slots during the night zone (usually from 17:30 to 22:00) during the priority measures period such as prevention of spread
  If there is an application for cancellation due to shortening the usage time until 20:00 after Friday, April 16, 2021
 ※As a general rule, cancellation of use reservations during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Tuesday, April 20, 2021 is due to COVID-19.
  Even if it is a reason, it will not be eligible for full refund.
 ※As an exception, even if you cancel a reservation during the daytime (9:00 to 17:00) after Tuesday, April 20, 2021, nighttime zone
   (Normal: from 17:30 to 22:00) For cases where reservations are made for preparation, etc.
   It is subject to full refund.
