Reduce the burden on users of The Long-term Care Insurance-Reduction of food and room charges

Food and room charges (living and staying expenses) when using The Long-term Care Insurance's facility services (including short stays) are usually borne by the user. The maximum amount of payment per day (burden limit) is determined, and the cost burden is reduced.
