Minami Nagata housing complex (Nagataminamidai District) Vision
About 50 years have passed since the start of occupancy, housing complex Minami Nagata has been engaged in a number of activities such as the aging of residents, housing complex residents and watching over the elderly. Overview of the housing complex Vision
In order to connect the various activities currently being carried out in the region to the future and to cooperate with each other, it describes the future vision of housing complex, the activities currently being carried out, and the thoughts contained in these activities. In addition, ideas for future activities considered by each group and the concept of cooperation between groups are also summarized as "hints for activities".

Initiatives to formulate the housing complex Vision
Held in December 2015 "Terakoya Minami" (hosted by the Nagataminamidai Union Neighborhood Association and Ward Office to organize local issues through town walk workshops, etc.)
Established Nagataminamidai Town Development Steering Committee in March 2016
April 2016 Held the “Connection Festival” for the first time in anticipation of future vacant stores.
January 2018 Established Nagataminamidai Hot Sarai, an NPO.
April 2019 Opened "Salon Hot Sarai"
Held the Vision Review Meeting (1st) in September 2021
Held in January 2022 Vision Review Meeting (2nd)
Held the 3rd Vision Review Meeting in March 2022 and formulated the housing complex Vision
