Minami Ward Building Agreement

Depending on the characteristics of each area, specific rules on how to build a building, such as the use and height of the building, are determined by the agreement of all the local people, and the mayor approves.

As a result, it is possible to determine the rules of the town, such as "mainly a detached house", "the height of the building is up to 10m", "let's fragmentation of the site", and "do not approach the building close to the adjacent land".

The rules will be followed by the Building Agreement Steering Committee, which is made locally. The expiration date is optional (generally 10 years).

• Buildings in the district shall be single-family and residential houses (only applicable blocks only)
• The maximum height of the building shall be 10m and the height of the eaves shall be 7m or less.
• The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
• Each block has a minimum area of 150 square meters.
