AIDS (HIV), syphilis consultation and testing

Weekday inspection (Minami Ward): Advance reservation system (reservation acceptance period: Please make a reservation from 25th of the previous month to 4:00 pm the day before the inspection) anonymously and free.

• Inspection date: Twice a month (1st and 3rd Wednesday) from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm (Time is specified at the time of reservation)
• Result return: In principle, from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm Wednesday the following week after the inspection date
• Venue: 4th floor of Minami Ward Office
• Reservation destination: Health and Welfare Division Health Promotion Section (Tel: 045-341-1185)

※Certificates cannot be issued for this inspection.
※The results of the inspection will not be announced by telephone or mail.
※AIDS tests cannot obtain accurate test results unless three months have passed since there is a risk of infection, and syphilis tests have passed six weeks.
※Please measure your body temperature on the day of the consultation, and if you feel unwell, such as fever or cough, please refrain from visiting the office.
