Family Registry Division

Target window

At some counters in Family Registry Division, the current congestion status (number of people waiting for reception) and the number call status are disclosed.

Congestion status (number of people waiting for reception)

  • No. 22 Registration Section (Address changed, Seal Registration, etc.)

Number Calling status (Numbering status of numbers given after reception)

  • 21st window certificate issuance (copy of resident certificate, etc.) Issue number
  • 22nd window Registration Section (change of Address, Seal Registration, etc.)

Congestion forecast calendar

During the spring moving season from March to April and before and after the major holidays in May, the Family Registry Division window is very crowded due to notifications and procedures related to moving (changes in Address, change in Seal Registration and Address in My Number Card). For this reason, congestion forecasts are posted with reference to the number of procedures and waiting times every year. Please refer to it at the time of the next agency.

Insurance and Pension Division

  • You can check the number of people waiting at the counter and the current reception number on your PC, smartphone, etc.
  • The number of people waiting at the counter is the number of people waiting until the reception. As you may have to wait further before the procedure is completed, please come with plenty of time when coming to the agency.

  • 25th window National Health Insurance Section (benefit, medical expenses subsidy, medical system for elder senior citizens, insurance premiums, etc.)
  • 26th window National Health Insurance Section (participation, withdrawal, fee, re-grant of National Health Insurance and The Long-term Care Insurance)
  • No. 27 National Health Insurance Section (for those who have trouble paying insurance premiums)
  • 28th window pension (National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin))

Elderly and Disabled Support Division

  • You can check the number of people waiting at the counter and the current reception number on your PC, smartphone, etc.
  • The number of people waiting at the counter is the number of people waiting until the reception. As you may have to wait further before the procedure is completed, please come with plenty of time when coming to the agency.

Target window

  • 14th window Senior Citizen Support Section / The Long-term Care Insurance (Application for nursing care, consultation on nursing care, support for the elderly)
  • No. 15 Senior Citizen and Disability Management Section (Keiro Pass, Taxi Ticket, Toll Road Discount, incurable disease, etc.)
  • 16th window Person with a disability support charge (physical disability, intellectual disability (18 years old or older), mental health welfare consultation, mental handbook, independence support)

Children and Families Support Division

  • You can check the number of people waiting at the counter and the current reception number on your PC, smartphone, etc.
  • The number of people waiting at the counter is the number of people waiting until the reception. As you may have to wait further before the procedure is completed, please come with plenty of time when coming to the agency.

Target window

  • 11th window Children and Families Support Section, School Cooperation and Children (Mother and Child Handbook, Child Allowance, Schoolchildren's Day Care, etc. Others (Medical, Ticket, etc.))
  • Twelfth window Child and family support charge (maternal consultation, child home consultation, child with a disability, single-parent welfare)
  • 13th window childcare charge (nursery school / kindergarten)

Handling of ward office window opening agency on the second and fourth Saturday of every month

We only issue the Mother and Child Handbook at the 11th window and apply for and accept Child Allowance.
Please note that other duties are not handled at the opening agency on Saturday.
