When election is to be executed during 2024, the appointment will be decided after selection from those who have registered. If you wish to register, please submit required documents to Midori Ward General Affairs Division Statistics and Elections Section.

Business description
(1) Copies and binding of various materials
(2) Preparation, inspection, and sorting of goods
(3) Other election affairs assistance
Application requirements
(1) Those who are interested in work related to elections, or have experience
(2) Those who do not fall under the disqualifications regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16 of the Local Public Service Law
Working hours
(1) From 8:45 to 17:15 (1 hour break time)
(2) 8 hours 30 minutes (break time 1 hour) from 8:45 to 22:00

Status
Fiscal year appointment staff stipulated in Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Law
Remuneration
(1) 9,150 yen per day (1,220 yen per hour)
(2) Commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations concerning salaries and reimbursement of staff appointed for the fiscal year of Yokohama City.
Vacation
According to the rules concerning working hours, vacations, etc. of the fiscal year of Yokohama City
Social insurance
If there is a possibility of joining depending on working conditions, join the employment insurance, Employee Pension Plan (Kosei Nenkin) and employee health insurance (National Association of employee health insurance).
Selection method
Interview selection will be conducted from among the registered members of the list. (In some cases, documents may be selected.)
※As soon as the election is decided, we will inform the registrants who meet the conditions regarding the selection.
