Midori Ward Children and Families Support Division accepts registrations for staff such as infant health checkups.

If you wish to hire on April 1, 2024, please submit a registration form by Thursday, February 29, 2024.

1. You will need to register at the application site. (The validity period of the appointment request registration is until March 31, 2025.)
