Crow's nest
Last update date May 9, 2023
A crow's nest is formed on the trees in the park
Crows nest, spawning, and raise children during the breeding season of March and July.
We do not remove crow's nests in principle.
It is unavoidable only when there is no detour and park users and local residents are dangerous due to the attack of parent birds.
The capture of wildlife such as crows (including egg collection) requires permission by law, and trying to collect eggs and chicks may increase the aggression of parent birds.
Crows are nervous during the period of raising children, so please do not approach the nest until the nest is over, such as detour so as not to stimulate the crow even if you find a nest.
If crows nesting in the park harms people, please notify Green Public Works Office.
We will check the site and install caution signs, guide detours, and take off-limit measures.
Or remove the nest if the risk is high and it is physically possible to remove it, remove the nest.
In addition, if there are eggs or chicks in the nest, it may take some time as the trader or staff who has obtained the capture permission will respond.
■Crows damage and coping are introduced on the Green Environment Bureau page.
