Midori Ward People's Festival 2024

　The Midori Ward Citizens' Festival will deepen exchanges among the inhabitants of the ward, foster the hometown and consciousness of the inhabitants of the ward, and revitalize local solidarity and groups.
　We hold Midori Ward citizen festival again this year for the purpose of valuing bond, connection of inhabitant of a ward.
　The venues are 1 Prefectural Shikinomori Park (booth opening), 2 Midori Ward Office (booth opening), and Midori public hall (stage event).
　An event will also be held at Midori fire department Midorimu.

　　Oh, date and time Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 10:00 to 15:00 (stage event is from 10:30 to 15:00)
　　Place Prefectural Shikinomori Park, Midori Ward Office, Midori public hall, Midori fire department, Midorimu
　　　　　　　※In the event of stormy weather, it will be canceled or reduced. Green public hall stage events are determined by the degree of stormy weather.　

We are looking for groups to perform at stage events held in Midori public hall. Any genre such as music and dance do not matter.

About stage event
（１） Time
　　　Open at 10:00, start at 10:30, end at 15:00 (planned) (planned)
（２） Place
　　　Green public hall

2 Conditions
（１） Being an organization in which the people of Midori Ward are mainly active in Midori Ward
（２） There must be three or more performers
（３） Be able to perform in about 15 minutes including stage change before and after the performance
（４） Capablepublic hall facilities
（５） Not be an organization that engages in religious activities, political activities, election activities, or activities for the main purpose of profit
（６） A representative can participate in a preliminary briefing scheduled to be held at public hall from 14:00 on September 12 (Thu.)
（７） There is no payment of rewards, etc. or collection of performance fees
　※The recruitment frame is about 9 groups. In the case of a large number of applications, it will be decided by selection.
　※Rehearsals and standing position confirmation will be held at 13:00 on Saturday, October 19 at Midori public hall (only for desired groups).

　　　　※Please submit a copy, etc. as it will not be returned.
　　　　※Please submit a flyer that shows the contents of the past.
