Progress of the First Phase Plan (until the Midori Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan)

The 1st Midori Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan "Midori no Wa / Sai Ai Plan" was formulated in two years from 2004 to 2005. We worked on the formulation while valuing the process of thinking and discussing together.

Midori Ward Community Health Promotion Council

We discuss about planning, drafting and evaluation of community-based welfare health measure in ward.
This is a place for approval of the Midori Ward Community Health and Welfare Plan.

Formulation Committee

1st (July 2004)

It is meeting to examine needs of inhabitants of a ward from various viewpoints and to form plan.
It is composed of representatives of organizations, local representatives, members of the public recruitment committee, etc., and is responsible for organizing issues and planning while receiving advice from academic experts.

Holding of discussion meetings by district

Fiscal 2004 (from July to November 2004)

We held two exchange meetings in the Neighborhood Association area (11 districts) with the aim of creating a more familiar plan and linking them to initiatives in the living area.
A total of 808 inhabitants of the ward participated and enthusiastic discussions were held.

We have summarized the opinions of each region.

  • 1st time: We shared the current situation and issues in the town and living area where we live.
  • 2nd time: We talked about solutions and what we can do.

Fiscal 2005 (September to October 2005)

We exchanged opinions on the report of the interim plan and the solution.
391 people participated in 11 districts, and lively discussions were held on future initiatives.

Group Interview by field and group (November 2004 to July 2005)

More than 30 groups by field and group, a total of 415 or more people, share "problems in the field of welfare and health", "what kind of town you want to continue living", "what you can do" from their respective standpoints. Was.

Opinion solicitation (from July 2004 to November 2005)

We carried out opinion offer by opinion box to install in homepage, ward office, postcard for opinion application.

Holding of lectures (August 2004)

We held start-up lecture to have inhabitants of a ward know about "Midori Ward community-based welfare health plan" widely and to proceed with more opinions.

Midori Ward Social Welfare Conference Symposium (March 2005)

A symposium was held as the second part of the 2004 Social Welfare Conference to think about the issues of community welfare and health activities in Midori Ward.

Plan nickname recruitment (June 2005)

We raised nicknames on "public information Yokohama green ward version" and homepage so that "Midori Ward community-based welfare health plan" was friendly and easy to call.

Inhabitants of a ward questionnaire survey (October 2005)

We conducted a questionnaire by mail to 3,000 people randomly selected from residents aged 20 and over.
In addition, a similar questionnaire survey was conducted at the inhabitant of a ward festival, and the awareness and actual situation of the inhabitants of the ward regarding welfare and health.

We introduced contents of plan as the second part of social welfare meet in 2005 to have inhabitants of a ward understand this plan widely.
In addition, while exchanging opinions with the people at the venue on how to proceed with this plan in the future, we introduced videos that have already been practiced in the community.

We will continue to carry out various activities in the future to promote the “Midori no Wa / Sasai Ai Plan”.
