The 1st Midori Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan “Midori nowa Support Ai Plan”

In order to formulate the plan, we held three regional exchange meetings at the 11 Union Neighborhood Association unit to hear your opinions on local issues and solutions. In addition, we interviewed the issues and future visions of working with organizations that are active in each field.
Valuable opinions obtained through them are categorized into five keywords: "connection", "human resources / leaders", "opportunities / places", "information", safety / security / health". The committee, which consists of representatives, public recruitment committee members, and academic experts, repeatedly examined and formulated.
As a result, we have set five basic principles and fifteen small goals based on the basic philosophy of "Towards a Midori Ward where everyone can continue to live with peace of mind."
In addition, we conducted a questionnaire targeting more than 3,000 inhabitants of the ward, and used it as a guideline for evaluation of plan promotion.

The Midori Ward formulated the Community Welfare Plan, which was developed mainly by the ward office, and the Community Welfare Activity Plan, which was formulated by the Midori Ward Japan National Council of Social Welfare, which promotes community welfare.
