The General Assembly of the “Local Government Cooperation Council (Local Government One Team)” to promote regional co-creation with rugby, which promotes activities for the development of rugby throughout Japan, was held and attended as chairman.
Yokohama is said to be the birthplace of Japan's rugby and is also the final place of the Rugby World Cup 2019 Japan Games. A “one team” in which 142 local governments in Japan gather together, we want to connect people and companies with the many attractions of rugby, and enliven the region and Japan.
