In "Kakehashi", children who have refused to attend school for various reasons have created a place where they can meet people and expand their connections with society.
We have learned a lot from those who are worried and their parents seriously and acted to make the children smile.
Yokohama City will work to create an environment where many children can see the smiles of as many children as possible.
