Attended the national pilgrimage exchange meeting on environmental policy held by the Deputy Minister of the Environment Ooka, and exchanged opinions with local governments, organizations, companies, universities, and other local governments in the prefecture working on regional decarbonization.
After Deputy Minister Ooka explained the efforts of the Ministry of the Environment, Yokohama City introduced initiatives in the Minato Mirai 21 District, which was selected as a leading decarbonization area, and expressed expectations for his role as the top runner in decarbonization.
To realize a decarbonized society, we will continue to strengthen cooperation with the national government, other cities, and all other entities, and build a metropolis model unique to Yokohama.
